These are sweet, warming and so bananalicious! Perfect for a cold morning or when you need something comforting. 


INGREDIENTS

FOR THE OATS:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 120 ml of milk (of choice) 

TOPPINGS:

  • 15g Almonds

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Sprinkle of coconut flakes, chia seeds & drizzle of honey 


TO MAKE

Mix the oats & milk in a pan, cook for a few mins on a medium heat.

Once cooked, set aside for 2 mins to cool, then add the protein powder - add extra splashes of water if needed, to get desired texture.

Add coconut oil to a small frying pan, then fry the sliced banana & almonds until the bananas are golden brown and almonds warm (approx one min).

Transfer the oats into a bowl, top with the banana & almonds and then the drizzle of honey, coconut flakes & seeds.
