My story…

For years, I was completely obsessed with food and my body — trying every fad diet under the sun and constantly chasing the “perfect” way to eat.

I spent my early adult life stuck in a binge–restrict cycle, overthinking every meal, and feeling lost in the sea of misinformation that surrounds health and nutrition. One week it was “cut carbs,” the next it was “detox smoothies only.” I felt frustrated, confused, and disconnected from what food was supposed to be — ENJOYABLE!

All I really wanted was to feel confident in my body and eat well without sacrificing my social life or happiness. So, I made it my mission to learn the science behind food, nutrition and behaviour — and now, I create simple, quick, actually delicious recipes that make healthy eating feel effortless and sustainable.

Today, I share my journey and everything I’ve learned through recipes, lifestyle content, and brand partnerships that align with a realistic, balanced approach to wellness and food.
